Our Staff

Nancy Shone

CEO and Founder

Nancy Shone has enjoyed a career, specializing in technology, for more than twenty years. She received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1987. She worked as an engineering specialist in the semiconductor industry for Motorola, Integrated Device Technology, Xicor, before moving into the Human Resource Industry as a Vice President of Recruiting at Recruiting Solutions of Park Rapids. Her most recent involvement has been as an inventor and founder of VideoAResume, specializing in combining video editing with flash technology.

Jeffrey Sprung

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jeff is a bilingual senior level executive with 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Developing market awareness and sales growth for established companies as well as start up environments. He has fostered progams that helped assure customer satisfaction. He has also used his experience on a volunteer basis for youth non-profit sports organizations.

Christine Barnes

Graphics Design

Christine Barnes began her career in the media industry more than 25 years ago. Her broad experience ranges from print and radio to web management, marketing and social media. She has a background in vertical niche marketing, search engine placement and optimization and other online marketing strategies. Her most recent work experience includes being a key contributor at various Internet based organizations such as International Technology Group [ITG], Cape Yachts and South Wharf Yacht Yard and Websitematers LLC, working in marketing and website management capacities.

Russ Dougherty

Videography Director

Russ has enjoyed a career as a video producer, for more than twenty years. He has received many awards for video production and his work has been seen on local and national television as well as around the world. From 1991 to 1993, Russ was co-Creator, Producer and Director of Dr. Mongo's Midnight Movie, a weekly television show on FOX Providence. His video work is featured in the pre-production section of the video guide; Creating a video recording studio in your home using simple household items. In 1986, Russ founded Video Excellence.

Dolores Paradise

Music Director

Dolores Paradise has been in the music industry for more than twenty years. Her original music style is featured throughout the site and her custom resume sounds can be heard in the post-production section of the video guide. Dolores graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education, majoring in voice and piano. Though classically trained, Dolores has worked in all styles of music, from rock to jazz, r&b, world, pop and electronica. She currently has a recording studio in Brockton, MA and has written and released four albums in the last ten years.
