Nancy Shone

CEO and Founder

Nancy Shone has enjoyed a career, specializing in technology, for more than twenty years. She received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1987. She worked as an engineering specialist in the semiconductor industry for Motorola, Integrated Device Technology, Xicor, before moving into the Human Resource Industry as a Vice President of Recruiting at Recruiting Solutions of Park Rapids. Her most recent involvement has been as an inventor and founder of VideoAResume, specializing in combining video editing with flash technology.

Ovidiu Liuta

Website Development

Ovidiu is an experienced system administrator with background in Linux, Windows and OSX. He has been involved in web development since 2001. Through his years of freelancing, he mastered the art of website development, management and web promotion. Ovidiu is responsible for Blazit's development of its online services and technologies. He is also actively involved in providing solutions for websites backup and security solutions.

Russ Dougherty

Videography Director

Russ has enjoyed a career as a video producer, for more than twenty years. He has received many awards for video production and his work has been seen on local and national television as well as around the world. From 1991 to 1993, Russ was co-Creator, Producer and Director of Dr. Mongo's Midnight Movie, a weekly television show on FOX Providence. His video work is featured in the pre-production section of the video guide; Creating a video recording studio in your home using simple household items. In 1986, Russ founded Video Excellence.

Dolores Paradise

Music Director

Dolores Paradise has been in the music industry for more than twenty years. Her original music style is featured throughout the site and her custom resume sounds can be heard in the post-production section of the video guide. Dolores graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education, majoring in voice and piano. Though classically trained, Dolores has worked in all styles of music, from rock to jazz, r&b, world, pop and electronica. She currently has a recording studio in Brockton, MA and has written and released four albums in the last ten years.

Michal Balazi

Web Developer

Michael Balazi is a creative web developer who has recently joined our group and has undertaken the redesign of Blazit’s website. He has been in the web development business since 2006. Crucial part of his work involves effective design and usability of the website.In his work he makes sure that the sites he develops are clean, fast, easy to maintain and compatible with multiple browsers. Michael is interested in upcoming HTML and CSS technologies, good design principles and follows the latest web standards.
